R&D Engineer
Creare seeks Engineers who can work on a broad spectrum of R&D problems. An experienced Masters, or recently graduated Ph.D. with exceptional academic achievement and/or relevant work experience meets the minimum requirements of the position. Ph.D. with four years of industrial experience preferred.
Many engineering degree majors or disciplines may qualify, including but not limited to: Aeronautical, Biomedical, Chemical, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Nuclear. While the thermosciences and associated processes and equipment are core areas, Creare’s span of work encompasses the following:

The critical elements for candidate qualification are depth and breadth of analytical, computational, design, and experimental engineering skill as well as creativity, cross disciplinary problem-solving and intuition, coupled with excellent time and project management capability.
In addition, advanced communication and organizational skills are necessary to direct staff, present technical findings, and develop business (write proposals/market services).
