Creare was founded to utilize the talents of exceptionally creative engineers by providing a flexible environment that encourages individual autonomy and involvement. Currently more than 40 engineers work on over 100 R&D projects per year. Project teams are small, the pace is fast, and individual contributions are both important and visible.

Engineers have significant independence in selecting assignments, completing work, and eventually developing business. The nature of our work requires creative problem solvers and effective communicators. In addition to the rigor of technical challenges, an engineer’s experience at Creare is broadened by managing project teams, the preparation of research proposals and reports, and client interactions.

The majority of engineers who join us have a doctoral degree or comparable experience. Diverse engineering disciplines and advanced training are critical to our success. Aerospace, biomedical, chemical, electrical, materials, mechanical, nuclear, and software disciplines are all represented at Creare. We are proud of the exceptional engineering professionals we have gathered, and we continue to build that community.
